Breckinridge Circuit Court, 2/12/03
This cause having been submitted to the court for judgment, upon the pleadings
and proof and the court having heard argument of counsel and being sufficiently
advised, it is adjudged by the court that the plaintiff S. Enola Rafferty be and
she is hereby divorced from the defendant B. T. Rafferty and restored to all the
rights of an unmarried woman. it is further adjudged that she have the care,
custody and control of her children, Hovious Rafferty and Douglas Rafferty and
that she recover of the defendant her costs herein expended.
