I will and bequeath my soul to God who gave it and all my property both real and personal to my wife Fannie E. Bandy during her natural life and at her death to go to her three children, George Glen Bandy, Nannie Maggie Bandy, and Silas Buren Bandy as my other five children by a former wife having received their portion from my fathers estate (Byron Bandy) at his death. Penick George Harned Gabe Bruner State of Kentucky Breckenridge County court Regular term Oct 25, 1919 The foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Silas Bandy, deceased, was this day produced to court and being duly proved by the affidavits of R.O. Penick and George Harned two of the attesting witness' thereto the same was established as the last will and testament of the said Silas Bandy as such was ordered to record whereupon the same with the foregoing and this certificate have been duly received in my office.
