Will of Silas Bandy
March 24, 1911

I, Silas Bandy, knowing that life is short and death is certain, being now in my right mind, make this my last will and testament.
I will and bequeath my soul to God who gave it and all my property both real and personal to my wife Fannie E. Bandy during her natural life and at her death to go to her three children, George Glen Bandy, Nannie Maggie Bandy, and Silas Buren Bandy as my other five children by a former wife having received their portion from my fathers estate (Byron Bandy) at his death.

The foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Silas Bandy, deceased, was this day produced to court and being duly proved by the affidavits of R.O. Penick and George Harned two of the attesting witness' thereto the same was established as the last will and testament of the said Silas Bandy as such was ordered to record whereupon the same with the foregoing and this certificate have been duly received in my office.
Given under my hand this 25 day of Oct 1919
