	In the name of god amen

	I Littleberry Basham of Breckenridge County and State of Kentucky being 
this day of sound mind and disposing memory and calling to mind the mortality 
of man knowing it is appointed to all men once to die do make this my last will 
and testament and with whatsoever estate it has pleased almy [?] God to bless 
me I will in manner and form as follows

	Item #1 I will my body to be buried in the bosom of the Earth and my 
spirit to God that gave it

	Item #2 I will that all my just debts shall be paid out of my effects

	Item #3 After all my debts is paid I will and bequeath all the residue 
of my estate both real and personal to my beloved wife Mary to use for her own 
benefit and comfort during her natureal life time

	Item #4 Whatsoever of my estate may be remaining at my wifes death I 
will and bequeath to my youngest son Henry Blades Bassham

	Item #5 I will that my son Henry Blades Basham to be my Executor to 
this my last will and testament signed and acknowledged in the presents of the 
subscribing witnesses this the 6 day of June in the year of our Lord 1855

Additional Comments:
Littleberry Basham was born in Virginia in about 1792 and died on 27 October 
1855, possibly in Breckinridge County, Kentucky.  He is buried at the Basham 
Meeting House & Cemetery, Breckinridge County, Kentucky.  Littleberry Basham is 
believed to have been married to Mary (Polly) Basham in September 1816.
