Written: April 21, 1852

   I, Ignatius Lucas, do make this my last will and testament.
       1st  I hereby revoke all former wills made by me.
        I will and dispose of my estate as follows.  I will and bequeath to my 
daughter, Mary Ann Crume, my tract of land on which Peter now lives.  Also, 
all the residue of my property and affects after the payment of my just debts 
and funeral expenses.
