McCoy In the name of God Amen I, John P. McCoy of Breckenridge Co being perfectly in my senses do make my last will and testament. I will my body to the dirt and my spirit to God who gave it. After my funeral expenses are paid I will and desire that all my just debts should be paid. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Susan McCoy my land and farming utensils. I want her to have one horse, her choice two cows, and as many _______ as she wants. I want her to have two choice sows and as many hogs as will make meat enough to do her for one year. I desire she should have the household furniture bedding and soforth as well as the cooking utensils. The last of my property I desire to be sold and equal division made between all of my children.
