The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. *********************************************************************** Will of Ailey Meadors In the name of God Amen, I Ailey Meadors of Breckinridge County state of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say, First, I give and bequeath unto my youngest son Thomas Meadors all the dwelling place I now live on containing fifty four and three quarters acres situate, lying and being in Breckinridge County Kentucky, also one ___?__ ___?___, also all my sheep and hogs. I also give and bequeath to my youngest daughter Rhoda Meadors one bed, bed stand, and furniture, one chest of knives and forks, one pewter dish and plate, one side saddle and two spinning wheels. I also give and bequeath to my said youngest son Thomas Meadors all my other personal estate whatsoever to hold to him the said Thomas Meadors his heirs and assigns forever. I do hereby appoint Thomas McGill my sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me heretofore made. In witness thereof I have hereunto set mt hand and seal the 4th day of October in the year of our Lord 1826.
