Washington KY Mar 25th 1888 Sunday eve My Dear Niece I was so glad to get your letter if you was asleep it is so lonesome here and such bad weather, too that I will try and write a few lines but I haven't much news to tell. I want to see you all so bad. would like to see you with your little red dress on. I know you looked sweet for you always look that way old dress or new. I was in hopen it would stay pretty so you could come up soon. Well as I have to write some to Brothers, I will have to close for this time hope you are well. get Mama or Papa to write for you every time they write and write oftener. well good bye sugar pie I hope I will get to see you in a short time good bye write soon Christie Parrish
