Witnesseth that according to an order of the said Court the said GRAYSON hath put and by these presents put John BOLTON a poor child apprentice to the said David ALLISON after the manner of an apprentice to serve and obey the said David ALLISON from this day until he shall arrive to the age of twenty one years and the said David ALLISON warrants with the said GRAYSON and his successors that he will teach and instruct or cause to be taught and instructed the business of a farmer and also reading writing and common arithmatic including the rule of three and during the said Term of apprentice ship shall find and provide for the said apprentice meat drink working lodging and apparel with all things fit and necessary for an apprentice and at the end of said Term shall pay the said apprentice three pounds ten shillings and a decent new suit of clothes witness our hands and seals.
