Contributed by Donna bobndonnaky@aol.com Date: 3 June 2000 ***************************************************************************** This Indenture made this 26th day of June in the year One thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Seven, Between Nacy BRASHEAR, Samuel CROW, Michael TROUTMAN, Frederick PANEBAKER, Benjamin STANSBERRY and John EPERY Trustees of the town of Shepherdsville of the one part and Francis BLONDELL of the town aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly passed in the year 1793, establishing the said Town of Shepherdsville and also for and in consideration of the sum of three pounds twelve shillings paid to Adam SHEPHERD agreeable to the requisition of the said act, the said Trustees have granted, bargained, and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Frances BLONDELL one certian Lott of ground lying and being in the said Town of Shepherdsvilleand known in the plan thereof by Number 20 of the first Sale together with all and every of the opportunances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the aforesaid Lott together with all and every of the oppertunances thereunto belonging to the said Frances BLONDELL and his heirs forever to his and their only proper use and behoof. And the said Trustees do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Frances BLONDELL that they will forever warrant and defend the right of title of the said Lott with it's opportunances unto the said Frances BLONDELL and his heirs forever against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatsover. Subject only to the conditions & exceptions reserved and excepted in the aforesaid Act. In Witness whereof the said Trustees have have hereunto subscribe their names and set their seals the day and year above written.
