The settled account of Mahala Clark guardian of James K. Clark and R. Johnson Clark minor 
children of John Clark deceased made this11th day of _ 1886

By voucher No.1 For boarding, clothing, feeding, and schooling of minors for 9 years from 
the time they were 3 and 5 years old until __. $250.00

I made the foregoing settlement as Judge of Bullitt County Court in the foregoing settled 
account of Mahala Clark guardian of James K. Clark and R. Johnson Clark was filed in open 
court and tied over one month for exceptions, and on the 10th day of May 1886 was examined, 
approved, and confirmed by the court, and ordered to be recorded. I have truly and duly 
recorded it with this certificate in my office this 4th day of June 1886
