Monday Dec. 14th 1807

The Last Will and Testament was produced in court and proved by the oaths of 
Gideon BRISCOW, James BRISCOW, and Nathaniel BRISCOW witness thereto and 
sworn by Austin HALL + Henry GENTRY, two of the executors therein named, to 
the motion of the said executors who entered unto bond with David HALL + 
Blackton (?)GENTRY + Clifton HALL their securities in the penalty of  L1000 
conditioned as the law directs + the Execution of the said will is granted 
them.

Ordered that Clifton HALL, David HALL, Blacston (?) GENTRY + Asa Hall who or 
any three of them being sworn before a Justice of the peace for this county 
are appraised in ____man slaves + any personal by the Estate of William Hall 
Dec'd

Ordered that Clifton HALL + David HALL E___ HUBBARD William WILLIAMS + James 
CORNELL who or any three of them to be sworn before a Justice of the Peace 
for this county do appraise in current money the slaves if any + personal 
estate of Richard WEAVER Deceased
