Thereupon came a jury towit: Abraham FROMAN, Samuel LASHBROOK, Nicholas GENTRY, Samuel WILSON, John LASHBROOK, Samuel BROWN, James BIRD, Frances BEAN, James ROBARDS, Henry HART, William NEWBOULT, Asa HALL who being sworn well and truley to enquire of Damages in this Case returned the following verdict towit: We of the Jury find the Defendant Cornelius BESS guilty and assess the Damages to the Court... ordered they recover against the defendant one cent.
