In October 1840 Archibald Dorsey and Tandy Davis signed a covenant to pay
William McAhron $75.  Dorsey bought a suit of ejectment against McAhron in
October 1840 in the Bullitt Circuit Court, but the court found in favor of
McAhron.  Dorsey appealed, but it was dismissed.  Dorsey never paid the $75,
so McAhron took him to court for broken covenant in October 1847.  Bullitt
Circuit Court, October 1850, Bundle No. 358, now held at the Kentucky
Department for Libraries and Archives, Frankfort, Kentucky.
