William PRATTS Heirs This day the above causes came in and were heard and the Report of the Commissioner herein filed is Confirmed and Casper HESSE, Joseph WRIGHT and Joseph LLOYD were appointed Commissioners to divide the estate of Richard PRATT dec'd into eight shares ... assigning to Emily CROAN one share, William GRIFFIN one share, Angeline SWEARINGEN one share, Celia (?) A. TYLER one share, James PRATT, one share, Mary Ann PRATT one share and Richard PRATT one share and to the children of William PRATT towit: Frances (or possibly Thomas?)
