William CALDWELL is appointed guardian ad litem to PETER, MARTIN, SAMUEL, NANCY, JOSEPH, 
JEPTHAH and MARY (or MACY) SCOTT  infant children of MARY SCOTT dec'd who was MARY GENTRY, 
daughter of MARTIN GENTRY dec'd.  And MARTIN GENTRY, Wyatt GENTRY,  JOHN C. WHEELER and 
NANCY  his wife, ROBERT WHEELER and SALLY his wife, DAVID PARRIS & SALLY his wife, filed 
their affidavit to the complainants bill herein which is certified.
