Ormsby, Gdn., &c., plffs against W. C. Whitaker, & c., dfts By virtue of a judgment and order of sale of the Bullitt Circuit Court, rendered at the June term thereof, 1870, in the above cause, the undersigned will, ON MONDAY, AUG. 15, 1870 at 12 o'clock noon, or thereabout (being County Court day), proceed to offer for sale, to the highest bidder, on a credit of one and two years, at the Court-house door, in the town of Shepherdsville, Ky., the property mentioned in the judgment, to-wit; 1st. The tract of land named in Exhibit C, being the tract of 200 acres conveyed by William Owens to Stephen Ormsby on the 12th of April, 1794, being and lying in Bullitt county, Ky, on the banks of the Salt river and Cedar creek. 2d. The tract of land named in exhibit D, the same conveyed of Jacob Meyers to Stephen Ormsby, date 10th of August, 1794, lying in Bullitt county, Ky., on Salt river, opposite the mouth of Rolling Ford and the town of Pitt's Point. This last tract has been surveyed and divided into five parts. A plat of same is filed in the suit. The Commissioner will first offer said tract in lots as divided, and, having so offered and ascertained the amount it will sell for in that way, he will then offer the whole tract in a body for sale, and whichever method brings the most money, shall be held and regarded as the sale. By said plat lot No. 1 contains 125 1/4 acres; lot No. 2 contains 133 1/4 acres; lot No. 3 contains 98 acres; lot No. 4 contains 111 1/2 acres; lot No. 5 contains 156 3/4 acres. The purchaser will be required to give bonds, with approved security, for the payment of the purchase money, to have the force and effect of judgments at law, and retaining a lien on the land as additional security, said bonds payable to this Commissioner.
