8 Jan 1851  Bullitt County Deed Book M p. 163
Frederic RAYMOND and Anna RAYMOND his wife of Bullitt County and State of 
Kentucky to Squire ASH of Spencer County and same state... for and in 
consideration of the sum of seven hundred dollars to be paid as follows: two 
hundred dollars to be paid the first day of March 1851, and the other five 
hundred dollars to be paid in yearly payments of one hundred dollars a year 
from the 10th day of March 1851 with interest thereon from the said 10th day 
of March 1851 for which the said ASH has executed his notes... bargain and 
sell unto the party of the second part a tract or parcel of land lying in the 
Counties of Bullitt and Spencer ...  mentions a beech tree on the corner to 
the lands of Nicholas ASH  Finley (this may be a surname there is no 
punctuation and I can't be sure) MCGREW and John ASH being the same land 
deeded Frederick RAYMOND by a commissioner on behalf of William RAYMOND's 
Heirs.
