ASH, Nicholas ASH, Benjamin F. ASH, William F. ASH, and Nicholas ASH of the Same County and State. Witnesseth That the Party of the first part Jacob FRIDDLE for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to him in hand paid and for and in consideration of the natural love and affection the said Jacob FRIDDLE bears to the said parties of the second being his grand children and the children of his daughter Mary Ann ASH, wife of William ASH, Hath given, granted and bargained and sold and by these presents does give and convey unto the said Margaret E. ASH, Benjamin F. ASH, William F. ASH and Nicholas ASH the following tract of land in the County of Bullitt Containing 213 acres as supposed the same named in a deed from the Sheriff of Bullitt County to Elisha SIMMONS dated 8 Jun 1840 and the same named in a deed by N. C. SUMMERS, Commissioner to said Jacob FRIDDLE recorded in Deed Book K p. 376 and bounded as follows. Beginning at a beech WHITAKER's corner and KETCHUM's line at TEMPLES Mill dam on Cedar Creek thence down the creek with the meanders 156 poles to TEMPLE's corner a beech and sugar tree near the forks of the Creek thence with TEMPLES on TRIMBLE's line S 19 E 20 poles to TRIMBLES and DEACONS.
