E. H. SUMMERS, agent for SAMUEL ALLISON, Heirs of the one part and HENRY BEGHTOL of the other 
part.  Witnesseth that whereas THOS. W. RILEY Conveyed to said BEGHTOL a small tract of about 
seventeen and a half acres of land in Bullitt Co, on Knob Creek on which said ALLISON's heirs have a 
claim, the said Heirs in Consideration of the services rendered by said BEGHTOL and further do certify 
by the act and deed of said RILEY do by these presents sell and convey to the said HENRY BEGHTOL all 
their right and title and interest of in and to said land by this deed of quit claim and release.
