1 Nov 1830  Bullitt Co. Deed Book G p. 250
George KEY and Avarella KEY his wife, Samuel HILTON and Sarah his wife, late Sarah ALLENDER, 
part of the heirs of Thomas ALLENDER decd of one part and John ROWLAND of the other part, 
all of Bullitt County Kentucky.  That for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty Dollars, 
that is ten dollars to each in hand paid, do grant bargain and sell the landed estate of 
Thomas ALLENDER decd, the said Avarilla and Sarah being two of the heirs of the said Thomas 
which interest and estate is descended to them  is the same said ALLENDER purchased or 
acquired title to through Thomas STANSBERRY the patentee and is the same land or part of the 
same on which James ROBINSON and wife lately lived in Bullitt County.

Thomas ALLENDER married Hannah STANSBURRY 5 Feb 1792 in Jefferson Co. KY.  Their  daughter 
Avarella married George KEY 18 March 1820 in Bullitt Co.    I don't have a marriage for 
Samuel HILTON and the daughter Sarah ALLENDER.  

I don't know anything about John ROWLAND above but the James ROBINSON mentioned is, I think, 
probably the one that married Catharine ROWLAN 1 Nov 1824 in Bullitt Co. KY
