13 Mar 1846  Bullitt Co. KY Deed Bk K  p. 481  James P. ARNOLD and Mary E. 
ARNOLD (late Mary E. POPE) daughter of Benjamin POPE Esq. dec'd of the County 
of Jefferson and State of Kentucky of the first part to James  Y. POPE of the 
County of Bullitt and State aforesaid... for and in consideration of the sum 
of Two Hundred Dollars current money of the United States to them in hand 
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to have granted bargained 
and sold a tract of land in Bullitt County which the Said Mary derived as one 
of the Heirs of the said Benjamin POPE dec'd.
