Beginning at a white oak on the point of a Knob in a southern line of Michael HORINE's 500 acre survey.... corner of Peter SMITH's 100 acre tract... Containing sixteen and one half acres be the same more or less. The other tract bounded by WYNKOOP or COLMAN's line Containing Twenty and one quarter acres be the same more or less.
