Deed Book G p. 237 Richard BAUGHN and Sibby his wife of Bullitt County, State of Kentucky to William JONES of the County of Jefferson ... for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars in them in hand paid do bargain, sell, release and convey a certain tract of land containing one hundred acres lying in Bullitt County on the West or upper side of Floyds Fork above the mouth of Cedar Creek... it being the land conveyed by William QUINN and wife to James W. ROBARDS by deed dated 11 Aug 1824 and on 3 Sep 1827 conveyed to William CALDWELL as Sheriff of Bullitt County, then to Reuben D. N. MORGAN and on 27 Feb 1830 to John M. LEE’s Corner (?) * of Bullitt County to the aforesaid Richard BAUGHN... Begining at three Beech Trees to the east bank of Cedar Creek in a line of Thomas STANSBERRY’s survey of 1012 acres.
