KY Deed Book B p.79 Jesse DRAKE and Samuel BROWN, two of the Commissioners appointed by an order of the County Court of Bullitt for the division and Conveyance of Certain lands in pursuance of an act of the Said County and Commonwealth of Kentucky of the one part and Samuel STALLINGS and Lurenna his wife of the said County and Commonwealth of the second part and Charles BUTLER and infant of the same County and Commonwealth of the third part and Nancy BUTLER of the County and Commonwealth aforesaid of the fourth part. Witnesseth that since the said Charles BUTLER by Nancy BUTLER his Guardian and the said Nancy BUTLER have failed to attend the division of conveyance of a certain tract or parcel of land containing fifty acres and part of Jacob HARMAN's 1000 acre Survey on Floyds Fork and which said fifty acres was lately of the estate of Thomas BUTLER deceased and upon his death to the said Lurenia STALLINGS who was Lurenia BUTLER and to the said Charles BUTLER, children of the said Thomas BUTLER deceased, subject first to the dower of the aforesaid Nancy BUTLER, Widow of the said decedent and in virtue of the act of assembly the said Jesse DRAKE and Samuel BROWN Commissioners have divided aliened and conveyed sixteen and one half acres, twenty six and two thirds poles from the said fifty acres to the said Samuel STALLINGS by Lurenia his wife their heirs and assigns and sixteen and one half acres to Charles BUTLER. Deed Book C p. 59 Nancy BUTLER, widow and relict of Thomas BUTLER deceased and Charles BUTLER one of the Legal Heirs of said Thomas deceased and Delilah his wife all of the County of Shelby of the one part and Joseph RIDGWAY of the County of Bullitt of the other part all of the State of Kentucky... for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar have bargained and sold the said Nancy her heirs & said Charles his equal part as heir aforesaid of the following tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in the County of Bullitt being part of a survey of one thousand acres on Floyds Fork of Salt River entered and surveyed in the name of Jacob HARMON by John R. GAITHER and laid off for him the said GAITHER by commissioners appointed by the Court of Jefferson County according to an instrument of writing given by the said Jacob HARMON to said GAITHER... Beginning at an Elm and Linn tree on the bank of Floyds Fork and extending south... 50 acres of land unto the said RIDGWAY.
