Kentucky to John WHEELER, County of Bullitt, state of Kentucky... for and in consideration of one hundred and fifty Dollars good and lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid... hath granted, bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being on Floyd’s Fork in Bullitt County containing one hundred and fifty acres more or less - the said tract of land is the one half of a three hundred acre survey and patent of Richard WOOLFOLK and Samuel BELL.... beginning at Wyat GENTRY’s Survey corner, a white oak and two Beeches on Floyds Fork...
