GRANT, party of the second part, ----- Witnesseth: That or and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said parties of the first part do hereby sell, grant and convey unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described three tracts of land, lying and being in Bullitt County Kentucky: First Tract - Beginning at an elm on the waters of Floyds Fork one pole above the mouth of a branch and corner to Bell's 64 1/4 acre tract - thence with Bells's line N17 W22 3/6 poles to a poplar - thence N60-30 E10 poles 3 links to a stone on the east side of said branch - thence N69 1/2 E9 poles to a stone - thence 63 E69 3/5 poles to a stone thence N65-30 E19 4/5 poles to a stone - N88-30 E27 3/4 poles most easterly corner to said Bell also S.E. corner to School house lot - thence S10 E39 6/10 poles to a stake near the mouth of a branch on said Park and corner to Isaac Stallings - thence up said Park N71-45 W26 and being the same land conveyed to W. BELL by S.B. SIMMONS (?) and wife sees(?) Deed Book 29 page 327 Bullitt County Court Clerks Office. Second tract - Alaso a tract of two acres adjoining Sid QUEEN'S lands and the lands of Mrs. E.C. BELL being the house and two acres of land on which the said first parties live. Third tract - Beginning at an elm and two beeches on the bank of Floyds Fork - thence S15 E43 poles 20 links to a stone in the center of the road and the school house lot - thence S88-30 W27 poles 17 links to a stone in said road - thence S65 1/2 W19 poles 20 links to a stone in said road - thence S63 W69 poles 3 links to a stone in the road - thence S69 1/2 W9 poles to a stone in said road and on the east side of Spring Branch - thence S6 1/2 W10 poles 3 links to a small poplar - thence S17 E22 3/4 poles to an elm one pole above the mouth of said branch on the bank of Floyds Fork - thence up said Fork at low water mark---poles to a stake - thence leaving the Fork N62 E16 2/3 poles to a stake - S54 3/4 E30 poles to a stake in said road - thence N13 3/4 E44 poles to a sugar tree - thence N20 3/4 W11 1/2 poles to a stake on the bank Floyds Fork opposite a sycamore marked for a corner - thence up Floyds Fork with its meanders to the beginning - The part of said tract herein conveyed is all that part that lies on the North side of the County road and supposed to be about 30 acres more or less. The title to the first two tracts above described was derived from Williard BELL and wife, by deed dated December 15, 1901, deed recorded in Deed Book 34 page 489. And the title to the third tract was derived from E.C. BELL'S heirs by deed dated August 3rd, 1908, deed recorded in Deed Book 40 page 200 both deeds recorded in Bullitt County Court Clerks Office. To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second party his heirs and assigns forever with covenant of General Warranty.
