17 Jun 1842  Bullitt Co. Deed Bk. K p. 34  William BOHON of the County of 
Bullitt to James W. SAMUELS of same... for and in consideration of Twenty two 
dollars in hand paid... hath granted, bargained and sold unto the said James 
W. SAMUELS... a parcel of land situate in the County of Bullitt on the Waters 
of Knob Creek... bounded by Westley PHELPS...  and meanders South to the 
mouth of Clay Creek to three bunches of small islands at the forks of Knob 
Creek.
