6 Sep 1806 Bullitt Co. KY Deed Book B p. 65  Jacob BOWMAN and Nelly his wife of the County 
of Bullitt and Commonwealth of Kentucky to William TRACEY of the County of Garrard and 
Commonwealth aforesaid... for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and two pounds, 
ten shillings current money of Kentucky to them in hand paid have given granted bargained 
and sold a certain Tract or parcel of land containing one hundred and twenty five acres and 
a half lying and being in the said county of Garrard on the Kentucky River and bounded by a 
corner to HITE & BOWMAN's five hundred acre survey.

KY Deed Book B p. 82  Know all men by these Presents that I Robert HOSKINS now in the County 
of Bullitt and State of Centucky hath this day bargained and sold unto John McDOWELL one 
wagon, five Horses for the consideration of five hundred dolers to me in hand paid whereon I 
warrant and forever defend from all and every persons or person whatever may or will have a 
clame or clames to the sade wagon and five horses. Given under my hand & sele in the 
prasence of those Witness now undersined this 18 day of March 1806.
