(no day) 1808  Bullitt Co. KY Deed Book B p. 230  Gideon BRISTOW and Mary his 
wife of Shelby County Kentucky of the one part and Samuel OSBURN and Nicholas 
OSBURN of the other part.  Witnesseth that the said Gideon BRISTOW and Mary 
his wife for and in consideration of the sum of five Shillings to them in 
hand paid have bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land 
containing fifty acres lying in Bullitt County.  Beginning at a buckeye sugar 
tree and honey locust standing on a small ridge about two miles above the 
mouth of Coxs Creek...
