COLEMAN of same. For and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid have granted, bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Bullitt County on the waters of Coxe's creek. Beginning at a Stone marked I.T. and running thence South 45 decrees West 129 poles to a White Oak in McGRUDER's line Thence with McGRUDERs line South 47 degrees East 94 poles to a White Oak Red Oak and elm BURCHE's Corner, Thence with BURCHE's line North 43 degrees East 132 poles to hickory and black oak thence North 50 degrees West 104 poles to the Beginning Containing Eighty acres be the same more or less.
