William F. HILTON and Lucy his wife of the County of Bullitt and State of 
Kentucky to Ignatious BROWN of the same County and state.  For and in 
Consideration of One hundred and fifteen dollars paid before the Sealing and 
delivery hereof do grant bargain and sell two Certain tracts or parcels of 
land situate lying and being on the Waters of Coxes Creek in Said County and 
State One tract containing fifty acres, the other tract Containing Twenty 
five acres.

25 March 1824 Bullitt County Deed Book H p. 55
Lewis BROWN and Margaret his wife both of the County of Bullitt, State of 
kentucky of the one part to Ignatious BROWN of the County and State 
aforesaid.  For and in Consideration of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars to 
them in hand paid by the said Ignatious BROWN hath given granted sold and 
delivered a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in 
Bullitt County on the South Side of Salt River it being part of John 
WHITAKERS and Moses DAVIS's Surveys... containing 250 acres by Computation to 
the same more or less.

Bullitt County Deed Book H p. 34
Know all men by these presents that I John A. OWEN of Bullitt County and 
State of Kentucky have this day sold and by these presents doth sell bargain 
and convey unto Otho ROBY of Same county and State aforesaid on e bay mare 
nine ten years of age last spring, also one grey colt about one year old last 
spring, also one white and red spotted cow about eight or nine years of age, 
Also one brindle heifer about two years old, Also four sheep and two feather 
beds and furniture for and in consideration of Twenty seven dollars and 50 
cts. in gold or silver.  The above mentioned property hereby sold and 
delivered.
