8 Jan 1834 Bullitt Co. Deed Book H p. 87 - William BARNES and Anna his wife 
of the town of Mt. Washington, Bullitt Co. KY to Josiah PORTER of same in 
consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars good and lawful money 
release and convey and confirm to the said Josiah PORTER a certain lot or 
parcel lying and being in the town aforesaid on the North side of Main Street 
Designated by the town as #3.  Signed William BARNES and Ann BARNES.  Wits:
