7 April 1835  Bullitt County Deed Book H p. 266
William CHIDSEY and Eliza his wife of the County of Bullitt and State of 
Kentucky of the one part to Joseph SWEARENGIN of the county and State 
aforesaid... for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty three dollars to 
them in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel 
of Land Situate lying and being in the County of Bullitt on the waters of 
Salt river and being part of CAMERON's preemption of one thousand acres.  
Beginning at a Dogwood and gum running thence North... to a small hickory and 
Stake in Samuel BROWN's line.
