23 Aug 1832  Bullitt Co. Deed Book G p. 384  RICHARD CUNDIFF of the County of Bullitt 
and State of Kentucky of the one part to JOHN B. CUNDIFF of the Same place of the 
other part... for and in Consideration of the Sum of One Hundred dollars Current money 
of the United States to them in hand paid do grant bargain and sell a tract of One 
Hundred acres of land more or less, the same which he purchased of  GARDAIN / GARDAM / 
GORDON GRUNDY by deed dated 29 June 1829 recorded in book G p. 135 excepting and 
reserving out of that deed ten acres more or less sold and Conveyed to SAMUEL NEELY by 
deed dated this day.

part... for and in Consideration of the Sum of  Twenty five dollars Current money to 
them in hand paid have given granted bargain and sell a Certain tract or parcel of 
land Situate lying and being in the County of Bullitt on the waters of Mud Run 
Containing ten acres more or less bounded by HARRISON’s old line and a line of the 
tract sold by GARDAIN / GARDAM / GORDON GRUNDY to said CUNDIFF

This should be Richard CUNDIFF, son of Jimmay CUNDIFF and Mary BROWN, with wife Mary 
MOBERLY  (m. 26 Nov 1828).  He had first married Mary YOUNGER 09 Jun 1822

Richard gave consent for daughter Elizabeth Jane CUNDIFF to marry William W. SHELTON 5 
Dec 1843 - marriage took place 8 Dec 1843 Bullitt Co. by Wm. H. Potter.   

27 Oct 1845 he gave consent for his daughter Lucinda "CONDIFF" to marry James SHEPHERD 
- married by George L. Rogers of the Methodist Episcopal Church, Bullitt Co. KY
