12 Nov 1810 Bullitt Co. Deed Book B p. 431  EZEKIEL PERKINS of the County of Louisa, 
State of Virginia and WILLIAM HUGHES of the county of Fluvanna and state aforesaid of 
the one part to JACOB CONDER of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky for and in 
consideration of the sum of six hundred and fifty four dollars, five hundred and fifty 
four dollars of which were paid in horses and one hundred dollars in cash have 
bargained and sold a certain tract of land situate lying and being in the county of 
Bullitt on the waters of goose run containing 436 1/2 acres being part of a Survey 
Entered in the name of JOHN ELLIS on a Treasury warrant #1407 containing 1301 acres... 
lands bounded by  W. CLARKE’s line and BUKEY’s line.

An Ezekiel PERKINS b. abt. 1762 d. 1839 Louisa Co. VA appears on the Ancestral File as 
the son of Constantine and Mary (WALKER) PERKINS.  He may be the same or closely 
related to this Ezekiel in the deed as he is to have married Barsheba ELLIS abt. 1794 
and the land in this deed was surveyed for a John ELLIS.

I don't know who Jacob CONDOR is except that he was a neighbor to Thomas COLLINS and 
Lemuel LEMAN and  Daniel & Sarah SPARKS.
