26 Sep 1807  Bullitt Co. Deed Bk B p. 246  Edward CROW of the County of 
Bullitt, State of Kentucky, to Moses BROWN of the County of Baltimore, State 
of Maryland, for and in consideration of the the sum of four hundred and 
thirty three dollars current money of the United States to him in hand 
paid... hath granted, bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land 
lying and being in the County  of Baltimore, State aforesaid adj. a part of a 
tract of land called fine soil forest and part of John CHANCE... bounded by 
the line of John CHANCE and "BROWN's line".
