13 Oct 1839 Bullitt Co. Deed Bk I p. 257  Henry CRIST of Bullitt County and 
State of Kentucky to the widow  and heirs of James CONNELL dec'd viz 
Nathaniel B. CONNELL, John CONNELL, Hiram CONNELL, Moses HAGLAND and Rebecca 
his wife, John ASH and Ann his wife, Daniel ROMAGE and Hanna his wife, Jacob 
RAYMAN and Elizabeth his wife, James & Joel CONNELL, infant heirs of Mahala 
CONNELL dec'd, Robert MURPHY and Lucy his wife, and Daniel CONNELL heirs of 
James CONNELL Dec'd of the other part.  For and in consideration of one 
Hundred Dollars Currency heretofore rec'd of James CONNELL dec'd I do hereby 
sell & transfer and Convey a certain Tract or parcell of land in the County 
of Bullitt on the East fork of Coxes Creek being the same on which the said 
Widow CONNELL now lives containing about 130 Acres more or less and bounded 
by Joseph FORMAN on the upper side, John RAYMAN dec'd on the back part and a 
tract claimed by the heirs of John JONES dec'd on the lower side and bounded 
by the creek and lines of Nathan DACONS which tract of land with all and 
singular appurtenances thereunto belonging I do hereby warrant and defend.
