Crenshaw and his wife Eliza of the first part and the ... of District No. (18) of the Second part all of Bullitt County.... the party of the first part for and in consideration of one dollar in hand paid the ... is hereby acknowledged hath this day granted bargained, gave and by these ... doth grant bargain, and gave to the Trustee of the District No. (18) Eighteen party of the second part and their Succcessors in office, all of that piece of land lying on a line between J.M. Crenshaw and Wm. Crenshaw ... one half acre more or less, said lot being in Bullitt County in district No.(18) Eighteen and bounded as follows. Beginning at a birch and stone on a line of J.M. & Wm Crenshaw, thence South west (35) yds. Thirty five yds, to a small water birch. Thence S.E. (70) yds to a beech and hickory. Thence N. Thirty five yds to J.M. & Wm. Crenshaw line. Thence with their line N.W. (70) Yds. Seventy Yds. to the beginning. Containing one half acre more or less together with the appurtenances belonging to the Trustees of District No. Eighteen and all site title and interest of the party of the first part the party of the first part hereby releases and gave to the Trustees of District No. (18) eighteen their successors in office and all site title in and to the above described one half acre of land for school purposes only the party of the first part hereby covenants? and agrees to warrant the title as ... as said lot is ... for School Purposes when not kept for School purposes said described lot and house reverts back to J.
