1 Oct 1832  Bullitt Co. KY Deed Book G p.  408  Richard CRENSHAW and Mary CRENSHAW his wife of the County of Bullitt 
and State of Kentucky of the one part to Lawrence ROBY of the County and State aforesaid of the other part.  That for 
and in Consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred and thirty six dollars Current money of Kentucky in hand paid Have 
given granted bargained and sold a Certain tract or parcel of land Containing One Hundred and fifty acres lying and 
being Situate in Bullitt County on the South Side  of Salt River bounded by DOWDALL’s upper corner and the Bank of 
Salt River.
