26 Dec 1832  Bullitt Co. Deed Bk H p. 383  Benjamin CLARKE of Bullitt Co., 
State of Kentucky, to Richard PRATT for and in consideration of the sum of 
one hundred dollars to him in hand paid hath bargained, sold, granted & 
conveyed a parcel of land lying in Bullitt Co. on the waters of Dutchmans 
Creek being part of Benjamin NEAL’s 1000 acre Survey... heretofore sold to 
William LOVELASS.  Signed Benjamin (X) CLARKE.  Witnesses: Austin HALL and 
Edmund STRINGER.   Recorded 16 Jan 1837.
