10th Feb 1852 Bullitt County Deed Book M  p. 276  HENRY DEBO of the County of Bullitt and State of 
Kentucky to TOLBERT WATERS of the County of Spencer and State aforesaid of the second part.  
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and one dollars and forty cents in 
hand paid hath granted bargained and sold all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the 
County of Bullitt and on the waters of Floyds Fork being part of DAVID LEATCHES 14,000 acre survey... 
bounded by the turnpike road... containing six and one half acres be the same more or less.
