31 Aug 1850  Bullitt County Deed Book M  p. 51  Thomas DEACON to Joseph P. 
BRIDWELL for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty dollars 
to him in hand paid hereby acknowledged, doth bargain, grant, sell, confirm 
and Convey unto the said Joseph P. BRIDWELL all my right, title and interest 
to a certain tract or parcel of land bounded as follows lying in the head 
waters of rock Run ... beginning at  SAMUEL's corner and running with his 
line...  Containing 61 acres more or less, and I Thomas DEACON and my wife 
Martha Jane do hereby relinquish all right, title and interest in the above.
