DUNN, Mary MENIFEE and her husband (he is dead), William R. THOMPSON and Sarah his wife, B. B. BALL and Nancy his wife and Emily DUNN heirs and representatives of John DUNN deceased by Noah C. SUMMERS commissioner for the purpose of one part and James GENTRY of Bullitt County Kentucky of the other part. That whereas in a suit in Chancery depending in the Bullitt Circuit Court in the name of said James GENTRY against said John DUNN's heirs the said court did on the 13 April 1842 make the following Decree and order in substance that DUNN's heirs convey by deed and against the claim of Moses MOORE, William MERRIWETHER and Samuel LUCKETT the one hundred and forty four acres of land the same conveyed by notes and bond. (the rest is too faint to read completely but the land is in Bullitts County on the waters of Floyds Fork and contained 144 acres by survey bordering "DUNN's line".
