For and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen hundred dollars to them in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold a Certain tract or parcel of land situate laying and being in the County of Bullitt on the waters of Floyds fork being part of fourteen thousand Entry and Survey made in the name of David LEITCH and bounded as follows: Beginning at a white oak dogwood and hickory and corner to Jesse SWEARENGEN... corner of Lewis SNAPP.
