We bind ourselves our heirs & Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents Seales with our Seals and Dated this 6th day of April 1812 the Condition of this obligation is such that whereas if Joseph HOUGH as Deputy Sheriff of Said SAUNDERS Shall well and truly fufill the Duties of his office agreeably to law & Shall Exonerate and keep harmless the said SAUNDERS from any liability or Responsibility from any malfeasance in office of him the said HOUGH during his Continuance therein then these obligations to be void else to remain in full force and virtue in Law.
