The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net Transcribed by: Anne Livingston Livings1@aol.com Date: 4 Feb 2000 *********************************************************************** 25 May 1833 Bullitt County Deed Book G p. 497 Know all men by these presents that I Andrew FIGG have this day sold Daniel COTTON four head of horses, three head of cattle, twelve head of sheep, twenty head of hogs, two feather beds with their furniture, one cupboard with its furniture, one yankee clock, crop now in the ground, six chairs, one table and two ploughs with their geer also one man's saddle for the sum of eight Dollars upon the following conditions whereas Daniel COTTON holds my three several notes of twenty seven dollars and fifty cents dated 9 Feb 1833 with interest and the other for fourteen dollars and six and a fourth cents dated 17 Jun 1831 with interest and another for twenty seven dollars eighty seven and one half cents dated 4 May 1833 with interest. Now if the said Andrew FIGG whall pay unto Daniel COTTON within six months from this date the amount aforesaid then this writing to be void but if not this writing to have its full force and virtue in law as witnessed my hand this 4th day of May 1833.
