Deed Book A2 p. 177 Henry FUQUAY & Tabitha his Wife of the One part to James GRIFFIN of the other part both of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky. Witnesseth that the said Henry FUQUAY and Tabitha his Wife for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty seven Pounds Ten Shillings Current money of this State to them in hand paid have bargained and sold to the said James GRIFFIN a Certain tract or parcel of Land Containing one hundred acres lying in Bullitt County on Rockey Run a branch of Coxes Creek including the place whereon GRIFFIN now resides .
