McAHRON, both of Kentucky. Witnesseth: that the said MITCHELL for and in consideration of one hundred and eighty nine dollars to him in hand paid by Nelson GOLDSMITH, who in conjunction with Nelson GOLDSMITH held my bond for the same acres (?) the said Owen GOLDSMITH directed me to convey the whole to Nelson GOLDSMITH and the said Nelson GOLDSMITH now directing same to be conveyed to said McAHRON in satisfaction of said bond, doth by these presents bargain, sell and Convey to the said McAHRON one acre of land including the ferry priveledge across Salt River formerly belonging to Samuel GOLDSMITH and by him conveyed to said MITCHELL and recorded in Bullitt County Court Clerks office and lying in Bullitt County, Kentucky with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said McAHRON, his heirs and assigns forever.
