6 April 1847  Bullitt Co. KY Deed Book L p. 92  William McCAWLEY and Permelia 
his wife, Thomas DEAN and Elizabeth his wife, Thomas BROWN and Susan his 
wife, James J. GILMORE, Cord  P. GILMORE, L. W. GILMORE and Jane GILMORE of 
the first part and Polley GILMORE of the second part that for and in 
consideration of the sum of one dollar to each of them in hand paid which is 
hereby acknowledged as well as for the Love and natural affection borne by 
them to her, Have bargained and sold all right right, title claim and 
undivided interest in  to a certain parcel of land situate lying and being in 
the County of Bullitt, State of Kentucky containing seventy six and a half 
acres being the tract conveyed by Thomas GILMORE to Arthur McCAWLEY in Trust 
for Polley GILMORE and her heirs and bounded by the lands of Joseph A. 
BROOKS, David L. BROOKS and the late Jesse WILSON.
