GILMORE, state that J.W. GILMORE, who was also the same person as Joseph GILMORE, to whom certain land was conveyed by deeds recorded in Deed Book X Page 448 and Deed Book 27 Page 526 in office of clerk of Bullitt County Court died intestate and a resident of Bullitt County, Kentucky, on the 4th day of April, 1902, and he left surviving him as his only heirs at law, his widow, Minnie G. GILMORE, who died on the 5th day of May, 1938, and two children, namely: The affiant Goldie M. GARRETT, a daughter, whose husband is H.B. GARRETT, and who is 40 years of age and address is R.F.D. 4, Louisville, Kentucky. The affiant Joe H. GILMORE, a son, whose wife is Margaret A. GILMORE and who is 36 years of age, and address is Louisville, Ky. R.F.D. 4. They state that said J.W. GILMORE at time of his death was the owner of the property described in deeds of division made by them and that he had no other children except he had one daughter, Mattie E.
